IT Specialist - Cloud systems

The key services relate mainly to support and delivery of services in the areas of HR, IT, finance, legal, business administration and communication. E.ON is currently transforming its IT end to end operation and focusing on energy networks and energy-related infrastructure, as well as a provider of advanced customer solutions for more than 50 million customers.

In this role you will

• be an active member of the Public Cloud Frameworks Team.
• closely work with other teams within E.ON group.
• be involved in monthly cost-related reporting including support of invoice validations.
• create initial resources in preferred public cloud landing zones using cloud vending machine
• steer the provider(s) in Incident Management area, keep the number of SLA breached incidents close to zero.
• communication with the supplier(s) including maintenance of standard Service Catalog
• raise and/or approve Changes in company IT Service Management tool
• také care of Internal Service Desk dispatching.
• do another reporting, DQ related tasks as required by the team.

What we expect from you?

You don't have to be Superman but there are a few qualities / knowledge we need from you ...

• English is the international business language within E.ON, you must be competent in both written and spoken English
• basic administration activities, time keeping and workload prioritisation
• basic knowledge of the use of the Micosoft Office Suite including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• AWS and, or Azure administration would be beneficial but not essential
• any knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA or Apptio would be beneficial but not essential
• Czech language 
• German language beneficial
