Our HR Business Partner team plays a trusted role across the E.ON Czech organization. We work closely with management and key stakeholders to ensure that HR practices align with business goals and support a strong, inclusive company culture.
What We Do
- Act as reliable advisors in labor law and HR matters for management
- Collaborate across departments and companies within the E.ON Group
- Partner with HR colleagues in payroll, compensation, reporting, learning & development, employer branding, and recruitment
- Lead and contribute to HR projects
- Support performance and potential management processes
- Drive initiatives in inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement
- Drive and oversee the executive/ admin part of processes
- Help shape and sustain a culture of trust, transparency, and strategic growth
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in HR development, economics & management or project management
- Solid knowledge of labor law and its practical application
- Proven experience in a senior HR role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
- Flexible, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
- Driver’s license (Group B)
