Head of CX, Product & WoW CoE
Praha, CZ Brno, CZ České Budějovice, CZ
Who we are
At E.ON, we are shaping the future of energy. As one of Europe’s leading energy companies, we operate across multiple markets with a clear ambition: to drive the energy transition and deliver sustainable, reliable and affordable solutions to our customers.
In the Czech Republic, nearly 3,500 colleagues contribute to our success every day. We offer a stable and fair working environment and are proud to be regularly recognized as a TOP EMPLOYER. At the same time, we are transforming how we work, becoming more agile, collaborative and customer-centric. We aim to respond faster to change, simplify how we operate, and continuously improve the value and experience we deliver to our customers.
The CX, Product & WoW Center of Excellence plays an important role in this transformation. It brings together expertise in customer experience, product management, brand management, customer journeys and research, UX/UI and design, as well as Agile Ways of Working. Together, these disciplines help establish consistent standards, build capabilities and strengthen customer and product centricity across the organization.
Your role
As Head of CX, Product & WoW CoE, you will lead three expert teams responsible for shaping and continuously developing customer experience, product management, brand management and Agile Ways of Working across the organization.
Your role is to set the strategic direction for these domains and create the frameworks, standards, methodologies and capabilities that enable our Tribes and wider organization to deliver great customer experiences and make customer-centric, insight-driven and brand-led decisions.
You will connect customer experience, product, brand, research, design and Agile expertise, ensuring these disciplines work together rather than in isolation. While you will not own individual product priorities or delivery within Tribes, you will create the environment, capabilities and guardrails that help teams deliver sustainable customer and business value.
As a senior leader and strategic partner to the organization, you will also develop expert communities, strengthen professional excellence and help E.ON continuously evolve the way we understand our customers, build our products and brand, and work together.

Who we are looking for?
- A strategic leader with a strong customer and business mindset: You can connect customer needs, market developments and business priorities and translate them into a clear long-term direction. You understand how strong customer experience, products and brands contribute to sustainable business value.
- A leader who builds expertise rather than centralizing control: You are comfortable leading through expertise, influence and clear standards rather than owning every delivery decision. You create the conditions in which expert teams, Tribes and communities can succeed.
- A customer and product champion: You have a strong understanding of customer experience and product management and know how customer journeys, research, insights, UX/UI and design come together to create meaningful end-to-end experiences.
- A strong brand thinker: You understand how brand strategy, positioning and consistent brand management translate into a distinctive experience across different customer and business touchpoints.
- An advocate for effective Agile Ways of Working: You understand organizational agility beyond individual Agile ceremonies. You can establish practical standards and guardrails, develop Agile capabilities and help teams and leaders continuously improve how they work.
- An influential partner across organizational boundaries: You can build trust and credibility with senior leaders, Tribes, functions and expert communities. You know how to bring different perspectives together and move decisions forward even without direct authority.
- A developer of people and professional communities: You enjoy building expertise and helping people grow. You create an environment where knowledge is shared, professional standards evolve and people take ownership of their development.
- A systems thinker who sees the bigger picture: You understand how customer experience, product, brand, processes, people and Ways of Working influence each other. You look beyond individual functions and design approaches that work sustainably across the organization.
- Someone who challenges the status quo: You actively look for opportunities to simplify, improve and innovate. You are curious about new approaches, tools and technologies and know how to turn relevant ideas into scalable organizational improvements.
- A clear and credible communicator: You can make complex topics understandable, create alignment around a common direction and communicate effectively with both expert communities and senior leadership.
