- Oversee system architecture and technical design across the Tribe’s products, platforms, and integrations, ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.
- Provide governance over engineering standards, development practices, and technical quality across product teams.
- Ensure sustainable and reliable technology delivery by monitoring engineering productivity, delivery health, and system stability.

- Focus on people development, capability building, and allocation of engineering talent.
- Promote a strong engineering culture based on ownership, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Take accountability for the operational health of systems within the Tribe, balancing innovation and change with stability and sustainability.
Who we are looking for
- A technology leader with a modern engineering mindset: You bring strong expertise in modern engineering and architecture. You help shape the Tribe’s technology vision and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and built with quality in mind.
- A delivery-focused engineering leader: You drive reliable and efficient delivery, set clear technical standards, remove blockers, and continuously improve development and DevOps practices.
- A systems thinker with architectural insight: You understand complex systems and their dependencies. You ensure alignment with enterprise architecture while balancing short-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
- A trusted partner to business and product: You collaborate closely with business and product leaders, translating their needs into scalable technology solutions and supporting informed, data-driven decisions.
- A guardian of quality and governance: You ensure adherence to standards, security, and non-functional requirements. You promote reliability, quality, and strong engineering discipline across teams.
- A builder of engineering culture and community: You develop technical talent and capabilities, foster collaboration and continuous learning, and contribute to a strong, connected engineering culture within the Tribe.
- Someone who thrives in complexity and change: You lead effectively in dynamic environments, make sound decisions under uncertainty, and balance stability with a drive for innovation.
