We’re accelerating the future of enterprise IT through agentic AI. We operate under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model: we design and build agentic AI solutions tailored for complex IT environments, operate them to demonstrate measurable value, and then transfer ownership along with the capabilities to run, scale, and evolve these solutions. Our mission goes beyond handover: we ensure that transferred solutions become resilient, scalable, and deeply embedded in enterprise platforms, forming the foundation for AI-native transformation across IT ecosystems.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding​

• Own one of the accelerator tracks end-to-end, driving its vision, roadmap, and execution to deliver agentic AI solutions that scale across enterprise IT ecosystems
• Translate complex agent architectures into intuitive, enterprise-ready products, partnering closely with ML engineers, platform teams, and solution architects
• Design agent workflows and orchestration patterns for your track, including tool integrations, multi-agent collaboration, and guardrail frameworks for secure, reliable operations
• Define evaluation frameworks and success metrics for autonomous agent performance, focusing on resilience, observability, and business impact
• Lead discovery and prioritization of high-value use cases within your track, working with IT stakeholders to embed capabilities into platforms and domain architectures
• Champion adoption and scalability, ensuring transferred solutions thrive post-handover and evolve into enterprise-wide AI-native capabilities
• Build and mentor a product team for your track, fostering a culture of innovation and enterprise impact

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded​

• 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years building or shipping AI/ML products
• Deep familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) and modern tool-use patterns
• Hands-on track record shipping products that incorporate autonomous or semi-autonomous AI systems, with measurable business outcomes
• Experience driving end-to-end product delivery: from discovery and roadmap to adoption, within complex IT environments, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Technical fluency: able to read code, understand API design, and debate architecture trade-offs with engineering and platform teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership, translating between technical and business audiences and driving alignment
• Bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-evolving space
