Senior UX Designer - Expert Services (f/m/d)

As a UX Designer (f/m/d) within the E.ON d lab_ you will be part of a highly motivated cross functional team that designs, implements & optimizes new customer- and user journeys across the whole energy spectrum.

What you are responsible for

• Analyze customer and business requirements to understand the underlying intent
• Design web, app and software interfaces and support the Developers turning it into code
• Prepare user stories to support iterative delivery of the product together with Product Owners
• Facilitate and lead exploration and design thinking workshops/discussions with the Client that unearth user pain points, generate ideas and content for solutions
• Work on international projects with impact on the energy industry
• Actively participate on team decisions and drive change

What you are good at

• Design or UX degree and at least 4-5 years job experience as a UX designer (f/m/d) or art director (f/m/d) in an agency
• You master UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Significant experience in using state-of-the-art UX design principles to create solutions for all devices 
• You are familiar with atomic design principles, design systems, pattern libraries, grids and cascading style sheets
• Solid grasp of UX research, such as planning and conducting user research & user testing, A/B testing, and solving usability- and accessibility concerns
• Teamplayer, openness to contradictory opinions & new ideas and flexible in your thinking
• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritizations, and influencing skills so you can stand-up and rationalize your design decisions
• Ability to understand complex requirements and work and communicate effectively in an international, distributed team setting
• Business fluent in English, German language skills a plus
