(Senior) DevOps Transformation Consultant - Expert Services (f/m/d)

What you are responsible for

• Shape & Scale: Take a leading role in shaping, successfully implementing and scaling the DevOps strategy and ways of working across E.ON (incl. ways of working, organisational setup and technical tooling)

• Transform: Ensure a sustainable implementation of our new ways of working by providing coaching and training to development and operations teams on DevOps concepts, methodologies, and tools

• Process: Assist in the design, implementation, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines to improve and automate software delivery

• Collaborate: Foster collaboration and communication across all levels of stakeholder to eliminate silos and improve efficiency. Conduct stakeholder management towards senior management and executives of the E.ON organization

• Continuously improve: Establish metrics-driven continuous improvement practices, provide dashboards and define KPIs that allow for steering related to DevOps practices throughout the organization

What you are good at

• Extensive experience as a DevOps Consultant (f/m/d) or comparable role with focus on large scale digital transformations

• Several years experience at a top-tier consulting firm working in digital technology

• Strong knowledge and the ambition to coach on DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies, enabled by a relevant professional certifications

• Strong understanding of (scaled) Agile principles, frameworks, and practices

• Excellent in stakeholder management, coaching, mentoring, and communication

• Experienced in functionally leading teams across multiple locations as well as with managing vendors and external partners to successfully achieve required outcomes

• Fluency in English and German is crucial

• Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business
