• Advisory: Legal advisory on M&A and Venture Capital transactions as well as Equity Joint Ventures of the E.ON Group
• Execution: Management and support of projects across all transaction phases, from preparation (due diligence, development of transaction structures, drafting of contractual documents) to closing and execution
• Negotiation: Independent conduct of contract negotiations
• Restructuring: Design and implementation of transaction-related restructuring measures
• Governance: Preparation and coordination of required corporate governance approvals
• Coordination: Management of external legal advisors

You also recognize yourself in the following points:

• Professional qualifications: Fully qualified lawyer with at least one “vollbefriedigend” state examination (with distinction preferred)
• Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience focused on M&A, Venture Capital, and corporate law in a law firm or corporate environment
•  Leadership experience: Experience independently managing projects, leading contract negotiations, and coordinating external legal advisors
• Specific expertise: Strong understanding of commercial contexts; ability to work cross-functionally; expertise in transaction structures, due diligence, contract drafting, and transaction-related restructuring
• What sets you apart: Team-oriented, flexible, excellent communication skills, responsible and proactive; confident handling of various stakeholders
• Working method: Independent and structured working style; able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
