The Team – your impact
In this role, you will work with like minded Agile Coaches. Together you will drive the adoption of Agile frameworks, fostering adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your focus will be on empowering our product teams, streamlining workflows, and cultivating a culture of innovation. Through coaching and training, you will enable your product teams to adapt to an agile way of working and adopt DevOps practices.

- Be a playmaker during this development
- Serve the team and organization by coaching, supporting and training
- Empowering teams to embrace change by instilling adaptability and resilience
- Working towards creating an environment that nurtures innovation, learning, and a sharedsense of purpose, supporting a positive and collaborative work culture
- Defining and tracking relevant metrics to measure the eff ectiveness of Agile practices andDevOps integration, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Actively participating in optimizing workfl ows, identifying and removing impediments
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, with relevant certifications in Agile Project Management, Change Management, or Coaching
- Several years of experience as an Agile Coach in Software Development, Software Architecture, or related domains, with expertise in Agile scaling frameworks
- Proven ability to lead organizational change processes, fostering collaboration and adaptability in teams
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies and workshops, promoting engagement, and driving productive outcomes
- Skilled in servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning through training and coaching
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a deep understanding of team dynamics and the ability to build an empathetic, inclusive environment
