You are responsible for: 

  • Supporting the Chief of Staff to E.ON Drive’s Board in structuring and leading key transformation- and change topics in E.ON Drive’s hyper-growth stage 
    • Bring own impulses to challenge and work with the Chief of Staff and the Board 
    • Facilitate, lead change projects in close coordination with the leadership team 
  • Support in sparring with the E.ON Drive Board  
    • Plan and execute leadership meetings and continuously improving these 
    • Propose and drive the strategy process for achieving customer centric hyper growth 
      • Focus on designing, leading the OKRs approach with OKR champions 
    • Ensure key decisions and organizational changes are communicated-, foster caring culture 
  • Spearheading EBS Program at E.ON Drive, as part of a group wide initiative to transform and improve our ways of working 
    • Lead with inspiration amongst the E.ON Drive leadership to take on the change 
    • Manage implementation with change agents, hold leaders accountable 
    • Exchange with experts, EBS colleagues across the group to grow over and beyond 

 

To succeed in this role, the following skills and experience will help you:

  • Min. 3 years of business- and change management experience: 
    • proven track record in organizational development, organizational culture, digitalization, efficiency/performance projects and restructuring 
    • strong external and strategic orientation (customer-, market-, and organizational trends, etc.), ability to transport insights into priorities and action for the organization  
  • Strong skills in managing change and collaborating with others in uncertain environments: 
    • strong communication (also towards larger audiences), stakeholder management (across the organization up to C suite), problem solving, project management skills 
    • effective, inclusive, enabling collaboration across all organizational levels and functions 
  • Independence, reliability, proactivity, resilience 
  • Experience with MS Office suite and other collaboration tools (MIRO, Jira/Confluence, Trello/Asana, Workpath) 
  • Strong business acumen, experience with eMobility sector is a plus willingness to regularly travel and when needed work flexibly 
  • Excellent command of English in speech and writing, German is a plus 
  • A sense of humor 😊
