The Team – your impact
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Leading the architecture discussion for the Core Platforms (CRM, Billing etc.) to deliver seamless business solutions for the Energy Retail Segment
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and effective technical designs
- Working closey with the Enterprise Architecture to develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for the Core environments
- Guiding and supporting project teams throughout the design, development, and implementation phases
- Ensuring solutions align with E.ON’s business goals, compliance policies, and security standards
- Fostering collaboration between IT and business units to drive digital transformation initiatives
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in SAP, Salesforce, Kraken, etc. platforms.
- Strong understanding of Energy Retail business processes and how to map them to technology solutions.
- Experience in integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies connecting SAP and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of energy sector business processes is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in SAP, Salesforce, or solution architecture are highly desirable.

Effective communicator across varying organizational maturity; fluent English skills (German skills are a plus)
