We are looking for a Customer Value Business Analyst (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.
Are you ready to take Customer Value Management to the next level? We're building a new team to drive Customer Value Management (CVM) across our European retail markets, and we're looking for a Customer Value Business Analyst to join us.
In this role, you'll support the translation of strategy into action. Working closely with our regional teams, you'll use data and insights to extend our customer-centric mindset, contribute to performance tracking, and support commercial decision-making.Your in-depth understanding of business processes will ensure our CVM initiatives are successful on the ground.
What you'll be doing
- Work closely with regional markets: Work with the local CVM teams, supporting alignment on priorities, interpreting market dynamics, and contributing to initiatives with measurable commercial and customer impact.
- Support CVM development: Contribute to the further development of CVM capabilities by applying a holistic customer perspective and enabling market-wide personalization strategies.
- Promote value-driven mindset: Collaborate with teams to encourage customer-value-based decision making
- Optimize business processes: Assess and challenge existing regional processes, identifying structural drivers of customer value and analyse improvement opportunities based on data driven insights.
- Track performance and impact: Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) that capture both commercial results and customer experience impact.
- Accelerate best practices: Foster exchange on learnings and proven approaches across regions, helping increase adoption and maximizing impact through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience: Strong track record as a Business, Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in a retail or multi-market environment. You can connect data, identify trends, and derive actionable recommendations.
- CVM experience: Expertise in CVM, loyalty, or retention strategies, with a focus on commercial impact backed by a strong understanding of data and modelling.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics to diverse stakeholder groups at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset: Comfortable working with diverse teams and coordinating across cultural and organizational contexts.
- Hands-on and pragmatic mindset: You're a proactive problem-solver who is willing to dive in, get things done, and stay open to new trends.
- Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
