Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Support the co-development and execution of the Data & AI Strategy for E.ON, aligning it with the global business objectives and sustainability goals, as well as the local targets and ambitions from the various business units, digital and data strategy targets, focusing on the core of the Data & AI Strategy
- Collaborate with central and Portfolio Managers to understand their priorities, create awareness and co-prioritize the high-value AI use cases to ensure AI implementation support in the corresponding business areas/ segments, i.e. Energy Networks and Energy Retail
- Steer and track the implementation of high-value AI use cases, ensuring they are aligned with the stakeholders' strategic priorities, reflected via portfolio management, and deliver measurable business value
- Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of data & AI initiatives/ high-value AI use cases within the organization
- Identify potential adoption barriers and support the development of measures to overcome them
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and creation of training programs to support the adoption of AI technologies/ high-value AI use cases
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of AI use case implementation and adoption and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies, addressing any potential risks and concerns while implementing the high-value AI use cases
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline)
- Several years of proven track record of experience in developing and implementing data & AI strategies/transformative and innovation programs in a complex organizational environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence decision-making at the senior management level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of working in renowned consulting firms, with a focus on data & AI strategy and implementation
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies application, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
- Excellent understanding of the energy industry and the challenges and opportunities related to the green energy transition
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in English and German
