This role is part of the ICS Leadership team, the ICS Senior Experts Team and the Corporate Audit International Leadership Team and supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the ICS Framework and the Corporate Audit strategy. These are your main tasks:
- Strategic ICS Domain Leadership: Lead the ICS Energy Networks Team as enter of competence for Energy Networks business related ICS topics
- ICS-Governance & Cycle Management: Support the VP ICS in the management of ICS-cycle tasks in line with group ICS-requirements and advise groupwide projects regarding ICS
- Functional Steering & Framework Harmonization: Functionally steering a number of ICS Business Partners, you ensure efficiency and structure in the collaboration, a uniform understanding of the ICS requirements as well as further improvement of E.ON Group's ICS framework
- ICS-Weakness Management & Group Reporting: You are responsible for the input of ICS weaknesses identified within the Units to which the ICS Business Partners are allocated in the preparation of the Annual ICS Report in alignment with relevant stakeholders
- People Development & Talent Empowerment: Foster personal and professional development of all team members of the ICS Energy Networks Team

- Professional qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Economics or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience: Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained across different businesses and/or functions
- Leadership experience: Experience working with senior management and key stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to build trustful and effective relationships
- Specific expertise: Thorough understanding of the ICS framework and related regulations
- Strong IT skills: Proven experience in administration and usage of IT tools are a plus
- What sets you apart: Strong drive, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, intercultural understanding, high analytical and advisory competence, as well as high resilience
- Working method: Collaborative, structured and solution-oriented team player with a proactive mindset
- Language skills: Fluency in English and German
