We are hiring for a Head of Products eMobility (f/m/d) to work in our Products team.

Tasks

• Lead, mentor, and grow the product team with focus on delivering the best possible product experience for our customers
• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap in close dialogue with the management, ensure their implementation with the help of relevant and ambitious key figures and thus make a significant contribution to our global customer growth
• Lead projects from “problem” to “solution” while turning great ideas into even greater solutions, ensuring design, user experience and focusing on activities that create an impact for our product
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, translate them into clear product specifications and contribute them into the sprint planning process
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, marketing and sales to align the overarching goals
• Stay on-top with emerging technologies and industry trends in different European countries and translate this into a convincing product set-up for our customers
• Support the sales and marketing teams with all relevant content to ensure a smooth launch of new products

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product or technology management leadership experience, with a focus on eMobility, Operations or SaaS platforms in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing teams to reach their full potential, focusing on empowering and uplifting others, fostering a supportive environment that encourages collaboration, personal growth, and shared success
• Strong expertise in the definition, launch and management of product features across the entire customer lifecycle
• Proven track record in eMobility products and services
• Initiator, always ready to tackle new challenges, and truly passionate about the product
• Understand the importance of collaboration with sales, operations and the development team to come up with good, validated solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and interest in bringing an innovative solution to a success story
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent German and English skills
