The Challenge

• You are the partner of choice for Business and IT Product Owners to design the architecture of digital solutions for billing/revenue management that further optimize our customer journeys, products and processes

• Together with business and IT Delivery teams, you develop the target architecture and roadmap to shape the constant evolution of the domain Billing & Revenue Management

• You define architecture standards and principles for our revenue management solutions in alignment with the company´s common technology platform

• You analyze requirements from business and IT, assess their impact in the architecture and provide guidance on solution design

• You are an integral part of the architecture team shaping the IT strategy and architecture in alignment with the business strategy and objectives

A convincing background

• Successfully completed studies, ideally in the area of Information Technology

• Experience in the design of solution architectures, architecture roadmaps and technology assessments

• Minimum 5 years of practical hands-on experience in SAP stack:

  • Design and set-up of client tariffing in SAP IS-U, experience in feeding the respective interfaces from billing and invoicing

  • Knowhow of S4HANA for utilities (preferred: Utilities Core for Germany -UC4G)

  • Knowhow of SAP UPIL: configuration of the Utilities Product Integration Layer (UPIL) to prepare billing master data, create a reference product, and then customize it

  • Knowhow of HANA23 features like CE CM/PF (Customer Engagement Contract Management / Process Framework) & SD-Integration and especially with Sales order (A2A)

  • Preferred: experience in integration of IS-U billing with convergent invoicing, knowledge of the EU/German energy regulation

• Good communication skills to bring messages with stakeholders at all levels

• A structured way of working and approaching complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset

• You stay well-informed on IT & market trends to actively identify opportunities, trigger new ideas and further drive digitalization and the optimization of our IT landscape

• Business fluent (B2) in German and English
