We are hiring for a Marketing Operations Specialist (f/m/d) to work in our Marketing & Communication team.

Tasks:

• Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms like Marketo & Salesforce;
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with marketing technologies;
• Execute Marketing campaigns including email campaigns, lead nurturing, online advertising, and webinars in multiple languages;
• Design, implement and document automated workflows to improve efficiency;
• Ensure data quality and integration across systems;
• Analyze marketing data to measure performance and optimize future campaigns;
• Create and maintain marketing assets, including landing pages and email templates;
• Train and empower the marketing and sales team on platform usage and best practices;
• Attend conferences and events to be aware of the latest MarTech trends and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or project management.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• You are willing and enthusiastic to learn, and you flourish in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with HTML is a plus.
• Fluent English language skills required, Good understanding of German, other European languages are a plus.
• You are located either in Essen or in Berlin.
