Our FEH IT team (Digital Solutions I Future Energy Home) develops and operates software to manage home energy devices such as photovoltaic, inverters, batteries, EV charging wall boxes, heat pumps and meters as a cloud-based solution for our central and local units so they can rollout those solutions to the end-customers. We integrate with numerous vendors’ devices and apply centralized insights, analytics and control mechanisms for these devices.

meaningful & challenging – your tasks

  • Lead the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of digital solutions
  • Define and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
  • Develop and implement incident management, problem management, change management and service request management processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, applications, security, and business units, to ensure a high quality operation
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including performance evaluation and escalation management
  • Prepare and present reports, metrics and analysis to stakeholders

 

authentic & ambitious – your profile

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in IT Service Management 
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes, e.g. Jira
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and IT Service Management best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Ability to adapt to change and embrace innovation, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficiency in English and German
