Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with focus on our international markets (Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France)
  • You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including:
    • Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool
    • Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners
    • Proactive and transparent communication to our customers
  • You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework
  • You help us to further improve our service quality and our operational excellence
  • Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business

Your Profile

  • University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training
  • Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry
  • Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations
  • Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and minimum one of the following languages: German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or French -  additional languages are a plus
  • Can do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area
