We are looking for a Product Development Accelerator (m/f/d) for our leadership team in the global flexibility services organization as soon as possible.

What it’s all about

Flexibility is one of the biggest levers in the energy market – but only if we can move fast, stay customer-centric, and maximize impact in product development.

Our regional teams in Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands drive flexibility solutions for their markets. Your mission: Help them build, test, and scale new propositions at maximum speed and effectiveness.

We’re looking for someone with a start-up mindset who can bring structure, agility, and execution power to product development. Someone who knows how to build teams, optimize processes, and remove obstacles – not as a consultant, but as a hands-on driver of success.

Your role

•     Enable our regional teams to build & launch propositions faster – setting up frameworks that accelerate development.
•     Help build and coach interdisciplinary product teams – from product managers to tech & sales.
•     Bring structure to product development, ensuring clear processes for testing, iteration, and market entry.
•     Introduce lean, agile & data-driven decision-making – no long strategy papers, just MVPs, customer feedback, and fast learnings.
•     Ensure product development, market mechanisms & trading strategies align – flexibility solutions need to work both technically and commercially.
•     Speed up execution at the regional level – no central bottlenecks, just empowered teams that can act fast.
•     Bridge the gap between tech, business & trading – you translate between disciplines and make sure solutions work end-to-end.

Who we’re looking for

•     Experience in agile product development, ideally in fast-paced environments (start-ups, scale-ups, or innovation units).
•     Strong in team & process development – you’ve built or coached interdisciplinary teams before.
•     Deep knowledge of modern innovation methods – Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Agile – always applied pragmatically.
•     Energy & flexibility expertise – whether from a market, product, or trading perspective, you understand where value is created.
•     You thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments – no endless analysis, just rapid testing, execution & go-to-market focus.
•     Excellent communication & leadership skills – you align stakeholders, build trust, and get things done.
