As a Product Manager (f/m/d) in the E.ON d lab_ you will be part of a cross-functional team with developers, designers, and digital experts. We build custom solutions for all parts of the E.ON group, based on modern cloud technology and customer centric methodology.

What you are responsible for

• Agile Empowerment: Coach and mentor team members and clients on Agile methodologies, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing team culture, remove impediments and obstacles
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication within and between teams as well as with our clients, ensuring transparency and information flow
• Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, facilitate and participate in retrospective sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Understanding needs: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure their input is considered in the product development process, understand the needs of our internal clients and their users, advising & consulting them to achieve the best outcome possible
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner – being able to also address leadership levels in an appropriate way, guide the initiative through the mandatory process landscape, such as workers council approvals, risk classifications or applying our commercial model
• Technical Expertise: With your solid understanding of technology and software architecture you talk about technology with our developers and facilitate dialogue between our developers and our business stakeholders

What you are good at

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in Digital Product Management.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar for agile development teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• A background in technology consulting is a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Fluent German and good English skills
