The Team – your impact
Our expert team ensures the operation and continuous development of the Privileged Administration Platform for E.ON. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to optimize the platform and orchestrate innovative technical solutions to meet the needs of platform users.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
• Ensuring Product Delivery: Meeting mutually agreed stakeholder requirements and E.ON standards (e.g., Service Level Agreement).
• Team Leadership and Prioritization: Guiding internal and external teams, establishing clear priorities, and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
• System Consolidation and Digitalization: Driving the decommissioning of legacy systems and consolidation to support E.ON's digitalization roadmap.
• Cloudification and Process Automation: Supporting cloudification and fostering end-to-end automation of processes with modern technologies.
• Product Implementation and Compliance: Ensuring product implementation based on transitional frameworks, current standards, and regulations (e.g., security, data protection, license compliance) according to time and budget
• Monitoring and Assessment of IT Product: Monitoring product performance (e.g., performance, availability, capacity, continuity, consumption, and security), conducting risk and criticality assessments, and using results for further planning and improvements.

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
• Agile Skills and Experience: Agile mindset, experience with agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, KANBAN), and working in agile project teams.
• Self-Organization and Problem Solving: Accountability, self-organization, structured work approach, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and ITIL Competencies: Ideally, leadership skills, ITIL knowledge, and service management experience.
• Technical Understanding: Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and automation, with a willingness to optimize end-to-end processes.
• Communication and Collaboration Skills: Important for working effectively with various stakeholders.
Good understanding in the area of:
• Microsoft ESEA Concept & Tiering Models
• Active Directory & Azure Fundamentals, MS ENTRA, Azure DevOps
• Microsoft FinOps
• Cloud Architecture
