The Team - your impact

Global Technology Platforms build, maintain, and continuously improve highly available, resilient and secure platforms as well as a solid IT foundation scaled for the entire E.ON Group. We enable the Group to concentrate on value-adding business products whilst relying on a solid IT foundation and resilient platforms in a fast, stable, scalable and cost-effective way. 

Our Team “Transformation & Orchestration” ensures the successful Transformation of the Group Technology Platforms area into a product-centric, DevOps organization, while facilitating and supporting Group Technology Platforms product delivery across all domain areas. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our DevOps teams to deliver high-quality platforms and products.You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and productive environment, ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. 

 

Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles, and help them to continuously improve.
  • Support the team in implementing DevOps practices and tools to enhance their delivery capabilities.
  • Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-groomed and prioritized.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the DevOps team and stakeholders.

 

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, underpinned with Scrum Master and SAFE certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master within DevOps teams.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
