Are you ready to take Customer Value Management to the next level? We're building a new team to drive Customer Value Management (CVM) across our European retail markets, and we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us.
In this role, you'll be the bridge between strategy and action. Working closely with our regional teams, you'll use data and insights to extend our customer-centric mindset, shape our performance tracking, and steer commercial decisions.
Your in-depth understanding of business processes will ensure our CVM initiatives are successful on the ground.
What you'll be doing
- Strategic partner to regional markets: Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, aligning on strategic priorities, interpreting market dynamics, and steering initiatives with measurable commercial and customer impact.
- Shape CVM evolution: Define and advance the vision for Customer Value Management by driving a holistic customer perspective and enabling market-wide personalization strategies.
- Embed a value-driven mindset: Collaborate with teams across markets to make business decisions based on customer value.
- Optimize business processes: Assess and challenge existing regional processes, identifying structural drivers of customer value and implementing improvements that deliver sustainable results.
- Track performance and impact: Build and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that capture both commercial results and customer experience impact.
- Accelerate best practices: Institutionalize learnings and proven approaches across regions, accelerating adoption and maximizing impact through effective stakeholder management.
What we're looking for
- Proven senior experience: Strong track record as a Business Analyst, (Operations) Consultant or in a similar role, ideally in a retail or multi-market environment. You can connect data, identify trends, and create strategic recommendations.
- CVM experience: Deep expertise in CVM, loyalty, or retention strategies, with a focus on commercial impact.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics to diverse stakeholder groups at all levels.
- Collaborative energy: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively align and collaborate with stakeholders from different cultural and organizational contexts.
- Hands-on and pragmatic mindset: You're a proactive problem-solver who is willing to dive in, get things done, and stay open to new trends.
- Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
