We are looking for a Senior Change & Communication Manager (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Energy Markets GmbH team. Our preferred start date will be as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

-     It is your job to design and implement the communication strategy that best supports the targets of EEM and increases its acceptance. To do so, you chose the right channels and formats of communication and you create high quality content.

-    You are independently responsible for creating, developing, and implementing communication measures that are appropriate for each target group.

-    You prepare internal communication topics and take end-to-end responsibility for the editorial development of meaningful headlines, creative copy, press releases and social media posts.

-    You take full responsibility for researching and preparing adequate communication topics, writing PR texts and press releases as well as FAQ documents and developing language guidelines.

-    You are a reliable communication partner and work very closely with the management of EEM while also supporting the other departments with their communication needs.

-    You act as the interface to other communication departments and stakeholders and thereby ensure all communication activities are aligned and targeted.

-    You represent EEM in dealings with the media, partners and agencies.

-    You support the conception of events and are co-responsible for their implementation.

-    You conduct stakeholder assessments and identify areas of focus including the development of stakeholder engagement plans to ensure that all areas are aligned and involved.

-    You constantly evaluate the impact of your change & communication activities and continuously improve tools, approaches, and formats.

Requirements

-    University degree in the field of communication sciences, media, journalism, or a comparable course of study

-    Several years of professional experience in the field of corporate communications and first points of contact in the field of change management

-    Excellent communication skills, a very good feeling for language and a passion for creative storytelling.

-    Hands-on mentality with the ability to think in an interdisciplinary way from strategy to implementation 

-    Ability to work in matrix environments and hybrid as well as multicultural teams

-    Convincing copywriting skills and proficient in MS Office products

-    Talent and passion in moderation and communication

-    Enthusiastic team player with an independent working style and a confident manner

-    Business fluent English and German, written and spoken
