What you can expect from us

Our E.ON International Graduate Program offers opportunities for graduates to make an impact on the sustainable energy landscape and to put theoretical knowledge to practice. Graduates with a wide range of academic backgrounds, from business administration to engineering, are needed for the energy transition. You will gain experience in different business areas and have the chance to develop along your personal interests.

 

  • During the program, you’ll have the chance to work in different cross-functional placements (e.g. Energy Networks, Strategy, Energy Solutions, Marketing & Brand, Energy Trading, Sustainability, Innovation, Digital Transformation, Finance)

  • Besides, you’ll complete at least one international placement

  • Moreover, we offer you the opportunity to gain global insights into E.ON’s business across Europe (e.g. Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Romania, Croatia, United Kingdom)

 

What we expect from you

  • You have an above average Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience​ or a respective Master’s degree

  • Enthusiasm for solving energy industry issues on an international scale characterizes you

  • You are fluent in English and willing to learn German

  • Ideally you have gained international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work

  • You appreciate working in diverse teams, demonstrating an open and inclusive mindset

  • You can contribute with with the ability to build meaningful and strong relationships with relevant interfaces and strong networking skills

  • Strong solution- and customer-oriented thinking with excellent logical skills is what we are looking for to develop even further with you  

 

An already existing residence and work permit for Germany are not necessarily required.
