Tasks
- Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify key areas for transformation and develop roadmaps to drive change and achieve desired outcomes.
- Support EIS transformation implementation within Central EIS and regional op units in addition to other special and strategic projects, e.g., portfolio change, mgmt. of centrally held assets
- Enhance our transformation approach, ensuring alignment with E.ON's strategic vision, culture, values, and market trends.
- Develop and lead change efforts to deliver top-notch transformation initiatives across the central EIS team
- Rolemodel a continuous improvement mindset to help the business achieving sustainable performance and process improvement
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and managers across the different units.
- Act as a partner, coach, and advisor, fostering buy-in and support for transformational change through individual and team change journeys.
- Improve effective cooperation within the central EIS team and collaboration with cross-regional teams
- Shape the fact-based continuous improvement process that takes place based on hypothesis, facts & metric
Requirements
- Profound experience in leading and implementing operational transformation and complex cross-functional or international projects
- Deep understanding of Lean and other Operational Excellence toolkits/methodologies
- Proven experience in best practice approaches to transformational and cultural change, including agile and systemic change methodology
- In depth knowledge of customer business in particular B2B segment, additional work experience in a tech-company, consulting or other related industry is a plus.
- Skilled expert in engaging with various senior leadership and employee levels from different industries and cultural backgrounds
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (from c-level to operational levels)
- Able to deliver workshop formats end-to-end that foster progress and alignment
- German and English are required (Multilingual capabilities are advantageous)
