We are hiring for a Working Student (f/m/d) AI Products.
We are actively seeking a versatile working student for our Conversational AI Team. This position involves providing support in designing captivating conversational experiences, building conversation flows, training natural language understanding (NLU) models, implementing analytics and testing as well as documenting our conversational AI solutions.
Tasks
- Conversational Experience Support:
- Assist in conceptualizing and designing engaging conversational interfaces that align with product goals and exceed user expectations.
- Support in developing conversational scripts and dialog flows to enhance user interactions and satisfaction.
- Assist in training and refining NLU models to improve the accuracy and responsiveness of conversational applications.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate conversational AI modules into existing Java-based systems.
- Assist in developing monitoring functionalities in NLU models to track performance metrics and proactively identify issues for timely resolution.
- Help in documenting solution design and technical implementation
- User-Centric Design Support:
- Collaborate with our product practice’s UX/UI designers to seamlessly integrate conversational elements for an enhanced user experience.
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights for improving conversational interfaces.
- Support in applying UX best practices to elevate the overall user experience of conversational applications.
- Assist in utilizing data-driven insights to enhance conversational experiences and optimize system performance.
- Project Management Support:
- Assist in monitoring project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates on progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Contribute to project planning and coordination efforts.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computational Linguistics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Familiarity or coursework in designing and implementing conversational AI solutions with a focus on user experiences is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, agile environment.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
