The Team – Your impact
Become a member of our Digital Empowerment team within E.ON’s Digital Technology organization. Our aim as Digital Empowerment is to empower all employees of the E.ON Group to acquire critical digital skills. Digital Empowerment operates in the space where people and technology meet by delivering relevant and engaging learning experiences in the areas of Data & AI, Automation, and Personal Productivity to E.ON employees.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Support the conceptualization, design, and deployment of upskilling offers on digital topics such as Data & AI, Personal Productivity, and Automation.
- Support the creation and curation of learning content using authoring tools (such as Articulate 360 and Synthesia) and other content production tools for images, audio and video (e.g. the Adobe suite).
- Drive the curation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of learning content in our LXP (from Cornerstone), ensuring a best-in-class user experience.
- Support the ongoing delivery of learning offerings (as needed), including facilitating online sessions and providing guidance to learners.
- Develop content to communicate the launch, activation, and promotion of learning offers at internal events and on internal communication platforms, ensuring increased awareness and usage among E.ON employees.
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Enrolled as a student in the field of Business, Business Psychology, HR Management, Learning Management, or related fields of study
- Experience with authoring tools and learning content providers (E.g. Articulate, Synthesia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia)
- First experience working with digital learning management platforms (LXP, LMS) and/or Software-as-a-Service and strong experience using MS Office products (esp. Outlook, Word, PPT, and Excel)
- Reliable, high personal commitment, strong analytical skills as well as solution-oriented and customer-centric thinking
- Affinity with digital topics (e.g., Data, AI, Automation etc.) would be a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and basic German language skills
