The Digital Empowerment unit of EDT reports directly into the Digital Board Resort and aims to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital upskilling and reskilling journeys. More specifically, we empower employees to embrace digital change through structured digital upskilling that provides the skillset, toolset and mindset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company. We do this by providing learning offers in key digital technologies (E.g. Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, Cyber Security, UX/UI design) and practices (E.g. Agile), as well as delivering a best-in-class learning experience to E.ON’s employees.

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks 

• Support in preparing, setup and execution of video shoots and media production for various learning content formats that are hosted on E.ON's digital learning experience platform (LXP)
• Support in pre- and postproduction of content by using industry standard video, audio and animation software including state of the art AI tools for content production
• Manage the professional video and audio studio equipment of Digital Empowerment and help setting a benchmark in in-house video content production
• Support the ongoing delivery of learning content offerings (as needed), such as learning shorts, ect.
• Help develop standards for producing content formats, ranging from learning shorts to video podcasts

authentic & ambitious - Your profile 

• Enrolled student in the field of Arts, Film, Media & Content Design, Learning Experience, UX or related fields of study
• Experience with authoring tools, learning content providers, and learning management is a huge plus (E.g. Synthesia, Articulate, etc.)
• Experience shooting video and recording audio on or offsite
• Professional experience using Adobe Premiere
• Affinity with digital topics (e.g. Data, AI, Process Automation, Cloud etc.) as well as digital transformation and IT 
• Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment
• Strong creative skills as well as solution and customer-oriented thinking
• Ability to work in a team but also deliver on commitments independently
• Business fluent in English (both written and verbal)
