We are hiring for a Working Student (f/m/d) Marketing.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Working Student (f/m/d) to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll have an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the VP of Marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment specializing in digital technologies like CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Marketo), and our website environment (Adobe AEM). We're seeking a candidate who is not only passionate about marketing but is also eager to contribute to the digital revolution in the energy industry.

Tasks

• Reporting and Documentation: Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive marketing reports and documents, leveraging digital tools such as Salesforce and Marketo to track and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with various day-to-day tasks.
• Event Management: Take the lead in organizing and hosting our signature internal event, the Sales and Marketing Council, which brings together 25-50 professionals from the E.ON One ecosystem. Responsibilities include event planning, coordination, logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Content Creation: Work alongside our marketing experts to develop compelling content for diverse marketing channels, encompassing social media, email marketing, and updates to our website using Adobe AEM.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe AEM).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A creative and innovative mindset.
• Prior experience in event planning, digital technologies, or marketing is a plus.
