The Team – your impact

We empower communication & brand through technology to create digital experiences that reach and inspire people across & beyond E.ON. 

Your role – meaningful & rewarding

• Support the Scrum Master and Head of Communication DT in driving agile team operations, organizational development, and strategic initiatives

• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate team events, workshops, retrospectives, PI Planning, and other collaboration formats

• Prepare, document, and follow up on meetings, decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies across projects and initiatives

• Maintain Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency, effective knowledge management, and well-structured team collaboration

• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement

• Coordinate stakeholders across teams and business functions while driving smaller initiatives independently from planning to implementation

• Contribute ideas to improve collaboration, team effectiveness, and agile ways of working

Your profile – authentic & open-minded​

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Psychology, Communications, or a comparable field

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure to dynamic and fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset

• Analytical thinking with an interest in data, reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement

• Passion for agile ways of working and modern collaboration methods

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Power BI, or similar collaboration tools is an advantage

• Fluent in English with good German language skills
