Your Responsibilities
- You support the team in the development of Algo Trading models based on technical or statistics analysis, fundamental data, or machine learning
- You research and analyze new trading strategies and backtest them
- You follow a DevOps approach in close cooperation with our DevOps and front office teams
- You support in documenting models/applications in Confluence
- You communicate, network and build communities around Algo Trading within of our Energy Markets function
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled at university, preferably in computer science, engineering, physics, or other technical courses of study
- You have very good programming skills (e.g., Python, Rust, Java, Git) and ideally experiences in Algo Trading
- Good knowledge around the Microsoft Azure technology stack (e.g. Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Snowflake, PowerBI) and a good understanding of energy markets are a plus
- You show strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- You are highly cooperative and are a true team player
- You are versatile in an international environment and are aware of intercultural differences
- You are business fluent in English, German is advantageous
