This is your opportunity to join the central project management team of E.ON’s highly impactful HR Transformation Program Delphi. The program’s ambition is to shape tomorrow’s HR at E.ON, today: We are revolutionizing how we attract, develop, and retain our people by designing fully digitalized, common end-to-end processes and using state-of-the-art technology to create an excellent user experience. You will be a team member at eye-level in the central change & communication program stream consisting of three communication & change managers.

Change Management & Communication: You will contribute to driving the change management and communication aspects of the Digital HR Transformation at E.ON

Content Creation & Media Production: You will create captivating content for our intranet and other communication channels, such as writing engaging texts or producing and editing videos

Event & Training Support: You will support the communication and execution of events and trainings

Practical Skill Development: You will gain practical experience in change management, communications, and digital HR transformation, while developing valuable skills and knowledge

Professional qualifications: You are currently enrolled as a master’s student in a relevant field (e.g., communications, business administration, organizational psychology, etc.)

Professional experience: First knowledge or experience in change management and/or communications is mandatory

Language Skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German

Working method: You have excellent organizational and time management skills

Specific expertise: You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
