What you'll do:

  • As a part of the Research & Knowledge Management Team, you will conduct research across energy sector, corporate strategy, and operations topics using professional databases and structured methods
  • You will analyze and synthesize findings into clear, insight-driven outputs to support project teams
  • You will support internal knowledge tools and platforms, including dashboards and structured archives
  • You will contribute to digital initiatives such as tool roll-outs, automation workflows, and knowledge system enhancements
  • Working in a fast-paced and international team, you will have a high exposure to consulting and digital transformation work

 What you'll need to succeed:

  • You are currently enrolled in a MSc program in Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with at least one year of study remaining
  • Apart from your strong interest and experience in energy topics such as infrastructure, retail and networks, you are curious about corporate functions (e.g. strategy, finance, HR)
  • You bring practical experience in Power BI, Excel modeling, Power Automate or a strong willingness to quickly learn
  • You can communicate complex ideas in a clear and structured way
  • As a fast learner, you are motivated to work across diverse AI topics and tools 
  • You are a self-starter with great attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
