• Your focus will be on collecting, evaluating and implementing the information and training needs of various target groups throughout the E.ON Group
• You will support the conceptual development and creation of appealing and needs-based training documents and formats
• You will be actively involved in the planning, preparation and implementation of various training and training formats
• You will develop information material and accompanying communication on the training formats and form the interface between training and communication
• You will gain practical experience in change management, training facilitation and digital HR transformation while developing valuable skills and knowledge

A convincing background

• You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant subject area (e.g. communication, business administration, organizational psychology, HR management, etc.)
• You have strong written and oral communication skills in German and English and enjoy working with people
• You have excellent organizational skills and time management skills
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Initial knowledge or experience in the HR environment in change management, in the design of training materials (slides, video ,podcast, etc.) or in the implementation of training courses is an advantage
• You can work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• You have a strong eye for detail and accuracy
