What you'll do:
- As a part of the Research & Knowledge Management Team, you will conduct research across energy sector, corporate strategy, and operations topics using professional databases and structured methods
- Analyze and synthesize findings into clear, insight-driven outputs to support project teams
- Support internal knowledge tools and platforms, including dashboards and structured archives
- Contribute to digital initiatives such as tool roll-outs, automation workflows, and knowledge system enhancements
- Work in a fast-paced, international team with high exposure to consulting and digital transformation work
What you'll need to succeed:
- Enrolled in a business, engineering, IT, or related degree program with at least one year of study remaining
- Interest or experience in energy topics (e.g. infrastructure, retail, networks) or corporate functions (e.g. strategy, finance, HR)
- Practical experience in Power BI, Excel modeling, Power Automate or a strong willingness to quickly learn
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and structured way
- Fast learner, motivated to work across diverse AI topics and tools
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Interest in digitalization, knowledge enablement, and internal IT tool improvement
- Fluent in English and German
