meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

• Working in partnership with the businesses and other IT units in aligning the interfaces between the Finance, Accounting, Controlling and Supply Chain applications of this unit and the systems of Corporate IT
• Collaboration with suppliers and partners to ensure that service delivery fits for purpose of today and for the future
• Supporting all Business & IT units of the group, especially support regular service reviews
• Ensure Alignment with technical & security architecture guidelines and standards
• Consult, set-up and execute system-wide SAP Basis & MS Azure tasks and processes, which supports the business and IT/Digital SLA and operation targets:
  • Responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the oneERP SAP system landscape
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and service packs (incl. operating system)
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and availability
  • Analyze and resolve system errors in collaboration with the support team
  • Implement security policies and measures for SAP systems
  • Support the planning and implementation of projects in the SAP domain
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal staff

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or similar, or relevant work experience
• Professional experience in IT/Digital Technologies (IT/Digital Applications), SAP Basis and Cloud operation, according to ITIL
• Knowledge and experience in intercultural and diverse communications and interpersonal relationships
• Ability to build sustainable partnerships with the businesses and other IT units
• Several years of experience in SAP system operation and application management incl. deep SAP Basis and MS Azure know-how
• ITIL Expert certification
• Understanding of delivering results in a professional way
• Knowledge of driving improvements and optimization as business as usual
• Fluent in German and English
