The Team – your impact ​

As Team Lead RPA & Power Platform Development (f/m/d) you will join our Automation Team at E.ON Digital Technology. You are responsible for the development of strategies, the acquisition and delivery of intelligent RPA and Power Platform solutions by leading and growing a team of iRPA and Power Platform Developers.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding​

• Lead a team of iRPA and Power Platform developers with your vision for innovation and digitalization within the energy industry
• Coach and develop a team capable of responding to changing business needs and priorities, while driving continuous improvement in performance and quality
• Deliver objectives and key results and ensure high-performance
• Contribute hands-on in engagements with your technical expertise
• Stay close to the latest trends in AI, Power Platform, RPA and automation technologies in general
• Take ownership of the P&L and ensure utilization of your team

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded​

• Experience in a leading role preferable within a software development department
• Extensive knowledge in iRPA (preferred BluePrism) and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Gratuated in Computer Science or a related technical discipline and significant hands-on work experience
• Excellent leadership, consulting, and presentation skills paired with a passion for automation
• Strong solution-oriented mindset and willingness to innovate
• Ability to lead through influence
• Fluent in German and English
• Availability for travelling
