We're looking for an enthusiastic Working Student (f/m/d) to join our dynamic Data & AI  team. In this role you will primarily support the executive leads in managing essential tasks, own core processes to coordinate the team, and contribute to strategic initiatives. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment while supporting critical functions within our data and AI team. 

 

What you are responsible for   

  • Support the executive lead in organizing and prioritizing tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation
  • Assist in coordinating knowledge sharing sessions within the team, including scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting key takeaways
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct research and analysis on strategic topics and projects related to data and AI, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes
  • Maintain organized documentation and records, ensuring that information is readily accessible to team members as needed

 
What you are good at    

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively as well as strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated self-starter with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
  • Demonstrated interest in data and AI technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience is a plus
