Do you want to become a Playmaker (f/m/d) of the energy transition? Join our Business Management team as a working student (f/m/d) to define and shape our digital communication initiatives with us and support event planning.

Business Management supports the Technology Group and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in setting and implementing the strategic agenda and running the day-to-day business. This includes the overarching governance, and collaboration model within the Technology Group, as well as driving selected strategic projects and owning the operating cadence. Responsibility for the CIO's thought leadership positioning, overarching internal and external communication, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) also lie within our unit.

 

meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

  • Work closely with the Business Management team and assist in developing and implementing communication initiatives within the international Digital Technology community
  • Support in planning, organizing, and executing events (e.g. hybrid, offsite, and onsite employee events, townhalls, team meetings)
  • Create, write, edit, and publish engaging content for various communication channels, including internal newsletters, social media, and company presentations 
  • Manage the internal communication platform (Intranet) and strengthen engagement with colleagues
  • Create emotional videos and emails (via using storytelling techniques e.g. videos and podcasts, motion graphics)
  • Track and monitor content user engagement (click analysis, downloads etc).
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and structuring documents

 

authentic & ambitious - Your profile

  • You’re currently studying Marketing, Business & Communications, Business Administration, or similar
  • You are passionate about events and communication combined with strong written and verbal communication skills (English and German)
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Knowledge of video, photo editing and presentation tools (e.g. Adobe, Miro, Slido)
  • Ideally initial experience in communication and handling of key messages, target groups, channels, and community management
  • Prior experience in communication, event or project management is a plus
