The Team – your impact
You’ll be part of the Client Success team within the Service Enablement unit. As part of Expert Services organization, Service Enablement drives excellence across all units, and the Client Success team focuses on enhancing client-centric processes, visibility, and positioning to ensure customer success at scale.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Supporting online and offline client communication and marketing campaigns (e.g., events, video series, awareness initiatives) to strengthen visibility and engagement across E.ON
- Creating and managing content for our intranet news hub and digital success library including drafting stories, sourcing images, translating and editing texts, and creating visuals to publish and maintain pages in the content management system
- Coordinating the Ambassador Corner by managing submissions, curating stories, and keeping materials up to date for our internal advocates
- Monitoring performance across key channels such as the intranet and LinkedIn and consolidating analytics
- Ensuring operational excellence by acting as a backup for digital publishing, creating how-to guides, exploring new tools and formats, and supporting communications and marketing projects
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Enrolled student in Marketing, Communication or a related field
- Experienced in using communication channels such as newsletters, intranet pages, social media, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-standard, high-visibility, and complex team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is an advantage
