Your Responsibilities
- Coach, train, and inspire others to prioritize health and safety, apply guidelines in the daily work, and take decisive action to achieve Vision Zero
- Provide coaching sessions and deliver impactful training on behavioral safety and life-saving rules
- Provide expert advice on risk assessments and ensure environmental compliance
- Investigate incidents, uncover root causes, and implement preventive measures that make a real difference
- Ensure safety standards are met and propose smart, practical improvements
- Support employees and management with the knowledge and tools to stay safe and compliant
Your Qualifications
- Prevention advisor level 1 (or level 2 with a willingness to achieve level 1)
- Work experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment (preferably energy or process industry)
- Fluent in Dutch (C2) and business fluent in English (C1), other language skills are a plus
- Strong willingness to develop professional skills (e.g. project management, safety regulations)
- Take full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities and deliver tangible results
- Open and international minded personality, comfortable with working in a start-up environment with flat hierarchies; strong motivation and willing to roll up sleeves
