A task that excites you

• Shaping collaboration: You are a member of the SAP S/4 HANA Process Governance team and support the Chief Product Owner S/4 United Template and the SAP Product Owners in the project management office
• Living support: You will support the leadership team in the S/4 United Group project and manage tasks and deadlines.
• Present transparency: In the S/4 United project, you prepare open and completed user stories of the 15 project teams for project management, identify risks and present the impact.
• Show visualization: For project and operation, you will independently create presentations for the S/4 United project management and Finance Service Management.
• Preparing decisions: For the S/4 United Leadership, Finance Service Management and Technical Standardisation Board, you will coordinate decision templates in advance and prepare them on the management side.
• You can be flexible: You take an open-minded approach to new and short-term tasks and are the structured heart of international teams of IT specialists and business representatives. 
• Take over coordination: You coordinate teams and tasks for projects and operations and keep track of them.
• Facilitating meetings: In the S/4 United project, you will moderate status meetings with national and international participants.
• Driving standardization: Your input is needed for standardization in SAP S/4 HANA and the continuous improvement of processes.
• Shaping quality: Quality assurance and plausibility checks in SAP Solution Manager will accompany you on a regular basis.
• You will be significantly involved in E.ON Group projects with a focus on SAP transformation and process optimization.

A background that convinces us

• You have a degree in business administration / business informatics / media design or have a comparable qualification.
• You have a strong interest in IT topics and a basic understanding of SAP ERP.
• Responsible, structured and independent way of working and knowledge of agile project management methods are part of your profile.
• You are a team player and able to work under pressure and enjoy working in virtual teams.
• Experience in project management of business and IT projects is desirable
• Very good presentation and moderation skills
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• You are willing to travel on business.
• The confident handling of common MS Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint rounds off your profile
