Our Team

In the role of Digital Marketing & Sales Manager, you will operate in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment where digital marketing, sales, and technological innovation come together to drive the company’s digital growth. The role is central to developing customer acquisition strategies, lead generation, and conversion optimization across the entire digital funnel, for both energy commodities and value‑added solutions, such as photovoltaic systems and home energy solutions. You will work closely with business growth objectives, performance analysis, and evolving digital market trends, collaborating with marketing, sales, digital teams, and global stakeholders. In this context, you will help define the strategic direction, optimize business results, and continuously enhance the organization’s digital capabilities across channels, data, and technology.

 

Your Field of Play

  • Shape and Drive Digital Growth Strategy
    Define and lead the digital marketing and sales strategy across energy commodities and value-added solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth ambitions
  • Deliver Performance Through Data-Driven Execution
    Lead the performance of digital acquisition and lead generation activities across both B2C and B2B segments, managing budgets, optimizing ROI, and leveraging insights to maximize business impact
  • Accelerate Sustainable Customer Growth
    Lead both paid and organic growth initiatives, including SEO strategy, to increase qualified traffic, improve conversion rates, and support sustainable business growth
  • Design Seamless and Effective Customer Journeys
    Lead paid and organic growth initiatives, including SEO strategy, to drive qualified traffic, generate high‑quality leads, improve conversion rates, and support sustainable growth
  • Advance AI-Driven Marketing Innovation
    Evolve the marketing technology and data ecosystem by leveraging advanced AI capabilities, including personalization, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and emerging optimization approaches based on GEO and LLM technologies, to enhance scalability and performance
  • Lead Collaboration with Strategic Stakeholders and Partners
    Oversee the governance and performance of external agencies and partners while working closely with marketing, sales, and global stakeholders to align priorities, ensure execution excellence, and achieve business objectives

 

Are You Our Playmaker?

  • Proven Expertise in Digital Marketing and Digital Sales
    At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or related commercial roles, with increasing responsibility for business growth and digital initiatives
  • Large-Scale Customer Acquisition and Marketing Investment Management
    Proven experience managing large-scale customer acquisition programs, including the planning, execution, and optimization of significant marketing investments
  • Leadership Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Related Industries
    Strong leadership experience gained within the energy, utilities, telecommunications, insurance, or similar sectors, in complex organizations or consulting environments. Experience in digital-native companies operating in the energy sector is considered a plus
  • Deep Understanding of Digital Marketing Ecosystems
    Strong knowledge of digital channels and performance drivers, including performance marketing, SEO, web analytics, and martech ecosystems
  • AI-Driven Marketing and Emerging Technologies
    Solid understanding of AI applications in digital marketing, including personalization, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and innovative optimization approaches based on LLM and GEO technologies
