Our Team
You will join the Business Controlling Energy Sales team within Business Controlling & Channels Remuneration area, where commercial performance meets precise financial steering. We partner closely with Energy Sales to translate strategy into numbers, enabling fast, informed decisions across pricing, profitability, and customer value. Collaboration is how we win, sharing knowledge across functions to achieve shared goals and drive growth, while acting with authenticity and integrity every day.
Your Field of Play
- Own forecasts and planning: build quarterly forecasts and medium-term plans for the Energy Sales P&L with a sharp focus on customer base development, costs (incl. CTA), and profitability
- Lead deviations analysis for decisions: prepare reporting and analyze deviations vs budget/previous forecasts to provide clear steering impulses for the business
- Make data‑driven calls: take an analytical approach and make data‑driven decisions to solve root causes effectively, turning insights into actions that improve outcomes
- Elevate KPI management: monitor operational and financial KPIs (including Customer Value) and recommend pragmatic interventions to improve performance end‑to‑end
- Drive digital reporting: keep Power BI reports current through required inputs and co‑design new dashboards and tools that accelerate transparency and speed of execution
- Challenge and improvement: propose deep dives and process/data improvements to maximize data quality and accuracy, challenging the status quo to drive innovation and digitalisation
Are You Our Playmaker?
- Degree in Business Administration: ideally with a focus on controlling, accounting, or finance, enabling you to connect commercial levers with financial impact from day one
- Controlling experience in the energy context: you bring hands‑on controlling experience and a good understanding of the Energy sector to navigate market dynamics confidently
- Organization and resiliency: well‑organized under time pressure with the ability to juggle competing deadlines while maintaining rigor and consistency
- Ownership and precision: reliable character who takes full ownership, shows strong commitment to excellence, and pays close attention to detail and accuracy
- IT tools knowledge and experience: solid knowledge of ERP control modules, specifically SAP CO/FI, to connect data flows and reconcile insights fast. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint plus BI tools (Power BI or similar); experience with large‑scale data handling and automation (e.g., Python, Power Automate) is a strong plus
- Clear communication and language skills: Italian and English fluent, written and spoken
