As part of the Business Controlling Energy Sales team within Business Controlling and Channels Remuneration area, you will collaborate closely with motivated colleagues to steer profitability topics and ensure high-quality financial insights. Your Field of Play
• Drive Energy Sales Margin controlling: you take ownership of P&L activities for Power and Gas, ensuring accurate profitability analysis while integrating deep customer insights and market trends
• Shape forecasts and planning: quarterly forecasts and medium-term plans are developed by you with focus on Gross Margin, customer base evolution, and cost structures
• Enable data-driven steering: you prepare reporting, analyze deviations, and provide impulses that support informed and timely decisions while challenging the status quo
• Improve data and processes: deep dives and optimization ideas are proactively proposed by you to elevate data accuracy and strengthen digitalisation and innovation
• Support strategic initiatives: from pricelist analyses to M&A-related evaluations, you contribute analytical depth and resilience in changing environments
Are You Our Playmaker?
• Academic foundation in business administration: ideally with a focus on controlling, accounting, or finance
• Professional experience in controlling: 3–5 years of relevant work, preferably within the energy sector
• Expertise in Power/Gas markets: strong understanding of margin planning and retail market dynamics
• Analytical and structured working style: you combine accuracy, ownership, and the ability to perform under pressure
• Advanced tool competence: Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and ideally Python or Power Automate support your work
• Growth-driven collaboration: you actively share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous learning
• Delivering exceptional customer outcomes: you anticipate needs, build trust, and exceed expectations through end-to-end thinking
• Clear communication and language skills: fluency in English allows you to connect effectively in an international environment
