Our Team
In the Financial Steering & Analytics team, you shape the digital transformation of Finance by replacing manual workflows with innovative, data-driven solutions. Collaboration across Finance functions defines our daily work, and you contribute by sharing knowledge and driving progress with a growth-driven team mindset. With a strong focus on technology and innovation, the team continuously challenges the status quo to enhance financial steering and analytical capabilities.
Your Field of Play
• Driving digital transformation and automation: you analyse financial workflows, identify automation potential, and develop scalable digital tools while challenging the status quo to drive innovation
• Developing financial models and analytical tools: financial models, data input interfaces, and calculation tools are built by you using advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Building dashboards and data visualization: you design interactive dashboards and reports that support decision-making and reflect business needs
• Collaborating with Finance teams: by understanding stakeholder requirements, you create solutions that exceed expectations and strengthen trusted relationships
• Supporting adoption and training: you document developed tools and empower Finance teams through training and hands-on support
• Exploring predictive analytics: machine learning techniques are tested and implemented by you where beneficial to enhance forecasting capabilities
Are You Our Playmaker?
• Degree in a relevant field: you hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
• Professional experience: 2-3 years of relevant work, preferably in structured business environments. Experience in Energy sector will be considered a plus.
• Strong Python expertise: you work confidently with Python and libraries such as Pandas, OpenPyXL, Matplotlib, or Plotly
• Database and cloud skills: Azure, Snowflake, and SQL are part of your toolbox for managing and integrating financial data
• Power BI proficiency: you create interactive dashboards that support strategic financial decisions
• Knowledge of SAP HANA: experience with SAP HANA for financial data extraction is a strong plus
• Leading digitalisation and innovation: you introduce disruptive approaches, adopt emerging technologies, and optimise operations through digital thinking
• Taking an analytical approach to problem solving: you make data-driven decisions and tackle root causes with clarity and precision
• Strong communication and language skills: you communicate effectively and are fluent in Italian and English
