We are looking for a new colleague to join our Strategic Board Office team in the position of Executive Board Office Manager. We work with company management to support and implement strategic initiatives and topics. Would you like to become part of the team and ensure the effective functioning of the Customer Solutions Board and corporate bodies by managing governance processes, planning the agenda and content, overseeing compliance with internal documents, and supporting the implementation of Board decisions across the organization? Key responsibilities

 

  • Shape and coordinate the Board agenda, ensuring well‑structured and high‑quality materials.
  • Translate Board discussions into clear actions and drive alignment across the company.
  • Prepare and manage meetings of corporate bodies, ensuring strong content and smooth execution.
  • Create and refine executive presentations and briefing materials for top management.
  • Act as a connector between Board priorities and day‑to‑day business topics.
  • Coordinate cross‑company initiatives and interactions with Group Headquarters.
  • Manages strategic meetings, offsites, and key top‑management events.
  • Ensure essential governance standards and continuously improve related processes.
  • Take ownership of selected initiatives and drive them end‑to‑end.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, concise, and well‑framed messages.
  • Natural authority, strong judgement, and the ability to operate with confidence in a high‑impact, executive‑level environment.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, manage sensitive topics, and maintain discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives and executive‑level presentations.
  • Ability to connect strategic discussions with practical implications and translate them into actionable steps.
  • High level of independence, maturity, and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” when needed.
  • Experience in governance, strategic coordination, consulting, project management, or a similar role is an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Advanced Czech and English (C1/C2); German is an advantage.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams); SAP experience as advantage
  • Proactive and continuous‑improvement mindset.
  • Strong result orientation and commitment to quality.
  • Professionalism when handling confidential materials.
  • Driving license (B) and willingness to travel to České Budějovice and Brno.
  • Time flexibility around Board meetings.
