What will you do

 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for designated internal customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with Finance Services
  • Organize and lead regular Service Review Meetings incl. Incident Management to discuss performance metrics, address concerns, and align on expectations  
  • Represent the SSC in customer events and internal stakeholder workshops, acting as a trusted partner and advocate for process excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify pain points and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with best practices and lean methodologies
  • Support the operational teams in achieving KPIs by providing customer insights and driving resolution of escalations
  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with internal control standards and corporate policies
  • Contribute to our Operational Excellence roadmap by participating in key projects and initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and scalability

 

How do you know you are the right fit

 

  • Education/Training: 
    • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, key account management, or stakeholder relations – ideally in a shared services or finance environment
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and service delivery models
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
    • Experience with continuous improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is an asset  
  • Languages: 
    • ​​​​​​​Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
  • Other: 
    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) preferred
